Of course, but it's almost definite someone's going to sub it in English. Someone who is a fan will probably get on it immediately after it comes out. It should only take a short time for each episode.
By the way, unrelated, but how come you didn't look at the fanwork I posted?D :

I did, and it made me laugh... I just wasn't sure what to reply with, cos some people really like Komaeda... and I just find him annoying.
