I'm a huge fan of seiyuu because I love how they voice characters, so I hope there are other seiyuu fans here.

Ranking by favourite voice acting

Junko/Mukuro: Toyoguchi Megumi.
Brilliant job with JUNKOS and Mukuro. Also, usually she voices 'good' girls such as Winry from Fullmetal Alchemist, Aqua from Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep and Miranda from D.Gray-man so it's even more amazing. Junko's voice reminds me most of Lotti from Pandora Hearts though.

Fukawa/Syo: Sawashiro Miyuki
I'm biased to versatile seiyuu, and of course Sawashiro-san is next since I really love how seiyuu voice split personality characters. I love her other roles too, especially Celty from DRRR!! and Milla from Tales of Xillia

Monokuma: Nobuyo Ooyama
I grew up watching Doraemon with subs and Monokuma ruined my favourite robot cat of my childhood why.

Togami: Ishida Akira
Ishida-san is just flawless end of story really.

Naegi: Ogata Megumi
I like both her Naegi and Komaeda voice (and the contrasts) and how she sang both endings.

Aoi: Saitou Chiwa
Such a contrast from PMMM's Homura but I like her spunky voice

...not much comments for the others although I know I like Toriumi Kousuke (Ishimaru) and Takahiro Sakurai (Leon) but the characters didn't make much of an impression.

As for DR2, maybe I'll create the thread later.

I really did love Toyoguchi Megumi, too. Her work with Junko and Mukuro was just outstanding.

I also read the Let's Play but I watched all the trial videos because I'm such a seiyuu fan *A*

I'm looking forward to the voices in the anime too.

Takahiro Sakurai is really infamous of being dub Edward Cullen haha. He's also the seiyuu for Suzaku from Code Geass and Kanda from D.Gray-man. He's a great seiyuu but too bad Leon died too soon.

I'm definitely a big seiyuu fan, too. In fact, I had been considering reading Dangan Ronpa for a while, but what finally got me to do it was when I found out Akira Ishida is in it, as he's definitely one of my favorite seiyuus and has voiced some of my favorite characters in other things (mainly Akise in Mirai Nikki and Kaworu in Evangelion). Megumi Ogata, Miyuki Sawashiro, and Chiwa Saitou are also among my favorites, so needless to say, I was pretty happy to find out they were also part of the cast. And naturally, I watched all the trial videos.

Ah, I guess this may not belong in the same thread since she's a SDR2 character, but I do really adore Miho Arakawa. Penguindrum is my favorite anime, and she did really well as Himari/The Princess of the Crystal. I know from her performance there that she'd definitely be able to pull off both Sonia's more gentle and more commanding moments extremely well
