LET'S TALK ABOUT SHIPPING Be nice about it though, if you're mean about ships I'm gonna punt you what do you ship, what are your favorites, what are your shipping headcanons, what are your favorite fanworks for your ship My list is: - Leon/Sayaka (they were totally a thing during the pre-game two years and nobody is taking this headcanon away from me) (I once saw this arrangement described as being the "alpha couple" of Hope's Peak because sports star and hot celebrity girl and I dig it)
- Sakura/Aoi
- Junko/Mukuro (DON'T LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT)
- Mondo/Kiyotaka
- sometimes I ship Mondo/Kiyotaka/Chihiro but I don't want them to gently caress I just want them to cuddle a lot and smooch
- one-sided Mukuro/Makoto with a healthy dose of tragedy
- Touko/Aoi (I am like queen multishipper over here)

I think that's it? My list is long and conflicting but I don't really care. My personal headcanon is that Celestia is full lesbian but enjoys using guys and showing control over them. I have a lot of cute fanart stocked up but not so much in the way of fanfiction (that's kinda hard to come by in this fandom, innit?) |

I never really got into shipping for the game, I think. It's not even really that I actively ship these two, but they honestly seemed like a couple to me. But Sakura has Kenchiro...
Syo/Black Butler's Grell
I don't think they would truly date, but aren't they just the perfect couple? They both have cray tongues and really sharp teeth, and they both pine after abusive, well-dressed men who won't give them the time of day. And they both have or at least play at weaker, neurotic sides.

I wouldn't really say I ship it in the way that word's normally used, but I got so many laughs out of Syo-and-Fukawa/Togami that I kind of ship it in the exact way the game presented their relationship.
I also do like Naegi/Kirigiri
Ah I feel weird, I'm normally such a huge shipper and this list is so tiny hahaha
I guess I was always just more into the murders and mysteries than I was into possible romances when I read the LP.

No one in the first game really made me want to ship them. I think at least part of it might be that the characters simply do not interact enough. Even the ones we know hang out together, we don't really get to SEE that. Unlockable little episodes would have been cool.

Gotta be Naegi with Kirigiri. Just has to be. I'm not a huge shipper, so I'll leave it at that.
Actually, I would agree with the many Chihiro/Mondo's if... well, I'll not include spoilers, just two major problems with that: dumbell and... secrets

I usually find ships I like in most of the things I watch/play, but in Dangan Ronpa that wasn't entirely the case. But I'll admit that I do like a few.
Celes/Yamada: Probably because I didn't see it coming from miles away. I like unexpected pairs... haha... and I guess they can be sweet sometimes? I might like the idea of their friendship more, I don't know.
Kirigiri/Naegi: Just because. Kirigiri has a wall up over her emotions and the one who gets the closest to her is Naegi. <3 Psh, that sounded so cheesy. xD But I think they work rather well together.
Aoi/Sakura: They got so much development! And Sakura's trial was one of the points in the game where I felt like I was going to cry.
Fukawa(Syo)/Togami: Not really for anything too serious... The idea of them together is just hilariously adorable to me.
